Jonathan Chuah

Jonathan Chuah is a seasoned fundraising advisor with extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, and corporate finance. He has successfully raised capital for high-growth startups across multiple industries, including technology, robotics, and AI. Jonathan’s deep understanding of the investment landscape and strong network of institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners has enabled him to secure funding and drive growth for emerging companies.

Leong Siew Why

Leong Siew Why brings over 30 years of experience across multiple sectors, including more than 13 years in Instrumentation & Controls at a Japanese MNC in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Power Plant industries. He also spent 11 years in corporate services at a Main Board Listed Company in the Pulp & Construction industry.
Certified as a business consultant, Leong specializes in guiding SMEs and startups within engineering industries. With over 20 years as an Action Learning practitioner, he excels in workplace learning, startup mentoring, and professional training, delivering impactful insights and practical strategies.
Leong is committed to driving operational excellence and sustainable growth for innovative businesses.

Clement Cheng

Clement is a seasoned entrepreneur and finance professional. A qualified Chartered Accountant from London and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW). Over the years Clement has held various positions in different companies including being a founding shareholder & Director of Linked Holdings Pte. Ltd. where he raised over USD $5 Million for plantation development.
He was also the Founder & CEO of Linked Capital Pte Ltd. which is currently involved in physical commodity trading, Waste Oil services and advisory work on Greenfield land bank and mature plantation acquisition, including ESG implementation and compliances.
Clement also held roles like Group CFO in the Commonwealth Development Corporation UK (CDC), and Regional CFO for Ciba and MD for Novartis Agrochemical as well as Director of Business Development in CTP Singapore (Cargill/Temasek JV). Over the years he has helped raised over USD $145 Million and had advised several start-ups and corporations including as founder and CEO of AsianIndo Holdings Pte Ltd.
Clement is also an avid traveller and loves to explore food and golf. He also actively invests in startups and high growth potential enterprises.

YW Lee

YW Lee is a former APAC Director at Sodexo and Senior Partner at Alt-24, a business management consulting firm focused on startups. With vast experience across consultancy, hospitality, technology, food services, and facility management, she brings a wealth of strategic insight to Hivebotics. Her expertise spans strategy, marketing, and operations, with a particular focus on ROI and user experience. Lee’s extensive industry connections and deep understanding of sales processes and data storytelling make her a key contributor to the company’s growth.
Outside of work, Lee is a passionate traveler, food enthusiast, and history buff, always eager to explore new cultures and cuisines. She also enjoys diving into the world of DC comics.

Prof. Marcelo Ang

Prof. Marcelo Ang serves as the Technical Advisor for Hivebotics. A leading authority in robotics and AI, he brings decades of research and practical experience to the team. As a senior professor and the Director of the Advanced Robotics Center, National University of Singapore (NUS) his expertise in autonomous systems and control plays a pivotal role in guiding the technical development of Hivebotics’ cutting-edge solutions. Prof. Ang’s insights help shape the innovation and technical direction of Hivebotics’ products, ensuring they remain at the forefront of robotics advancements.
